Shipping Policy

All items need 2-3 business working days to be dispatched  (once the payment is cleared)  (excl. the bank holiday & weekend).

Please ensure you have an up to date daytime contact telephone number on your account in case we need to contact you about the delivery. You will receive a dispatch notification email containing your tracking number when your item is dispatched. In the event of delay, any progress will be sent to you by e-mail/site message.

Many countries have Tax-Free and Duty-Free Allowance for low value items and charge no customs or duties. However, please be aware that different duties and Tax will be applied for higher value packages. Please check with your country's custom office for detail charges before ordering.
